Senior HR Business Partner
A health organisation in London is looking for a new HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will support the senior HR team, providing support and guidance on complex issues and leading your team to navigate these effectively.
- Provide leadership on the continued improvement of service delivery, in alignment with the organisation’s values
- Contribute to the development of HR services, ensuring adherence with best practice and relevant legislation
- Create a strategic people plan that encompasses corporate HR objectives and departmental people needs
- Interpret and analyse workforce information and develop plans to improve efficiency and productivity in accordance with your reports
