Our client is a well-known publishing/media company in Oxford.


As the International Recruitment Programme Manager for this company in Oxford, your brief will be to

* Prepare and produce the recruitment plan for the proposed set-up of a Technology Centre in Europe.
* Implement your proposed recruitment plan to agreed timescales.

This will include:

* Market mapping within the specific country.
* Identify the best agency/agencies to partner with to deliver the required talent.
* Calculating overall costs of this proposed recruitment campaign.

Phase 2 will be implementation of this plan, including:

* Managing the delivery of these heads prior to Go Live date.
* Managing recruitment logistics.
* Making sure that all the relevant documentation - Job Descriptions, on-boarding documents - are in place.


To apply for this International Recruitment Programme Manager role, your profile will ideally look like -

* Strong Recruiter who ideally has experience in/exposure to international recruitment practices, preferably European.
* IT/Technology recruitment experience would be an advantage.
* Some knowledge of European Employment Law (alongside UK knowledge).
* You will have some programme/project management experience.
* You will be available at short notice, and able to commit to the duration of the assignment.
* You will be a self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will be required to travel to Europe every so often in the delivery of this role.
