The Senior Total Rewards Manager EMEA will be responsible for advising on Total Reward best practice and contributing to the design, implementation, administration and governance of compensation & benefit programmes that apply to the overall business in the highly diverse EMEA region which comprises some 4,700 people.

In addition to Total Reward project management, this position will provide education, coaching and support to the local HR Management teams in Total Reward principles and processes so they can guide their line managers as HRBPs in Reward decisions.

We'd like you to have expertise in managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, in depth knowledge of salary practices/legal restrictions in a variety of EMEA countries, experience of advising on Reward related M&A due diligence and post deal integration matters as well as knowledge of pensions structures and governance and benefit norms in most EMEA countries.

In other respects you should have had experience leading and developing a small team, be pragmatic and business savvy, analytical, organised and focused clearly on customer service.
