Part Time Senior Recruitment Advisor
My client, a forward thinking local authority based in West London is seeking a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their Children’s & Social Care team on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months.
This role is part time working 4 days a week, and there is some flexibility on the working days, as well as the option to work from home for up to 50% of the working week.
I am looking for experienced recruiters from within the public sector. This role reports to the HR Manager for Children’s and Social Care, and the main responsibilities held within this role will include:
- Reviewing and implementing the council’s recruitment & retention strategies
- Workforce planning
- Building a candidate pipeline
- Developing the employer brand
This role has both strategic and operational elements, so I am looking for candidates with the experience and credibility to deliver on the strategy, but you must also be willing to get involved with the day to day recruitment tasks.
You should have excellent communication skills, be an organised self-starter, and have a flexible and resilient approach.
