Through our development of robust, scientifically valid and innovative assessment and development tools, which apply proven theory in accessible, practical and realistic ways, we help individuals, teams and organisations realise their full potential.  We are looking for someone to work closely with the Chief Executive to manage and grow the business.

The Role

We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting a Senior Consultant to join the team at Impact. The role is initially being offered as a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential for extension.

You will be responsible for a wide variety of projects, involving the design and delivery of bespoke solutions across Impact’s four pillars: Performance, Leadership, Talent and Change. Supported by a team of psychologists, you will have overall accountability for a portfolio of projects and client accounts, including assessment and development activities, leadership development and facilitation.

About You

You will be aligned with our approach which is based on a ‘Support and Challenge’ framework, is strengths-based and outcomes focussed. Our primary aim is to increase effective performance through addressing such issues as: strategy development; improved people management; improved service and output focus; positive culture change; and enhanced interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Consultant either in Business Psychology, Learning and Development or Management Consultancy. You will share our values of excellence, openness and integrity, enjoy working collaboratively and be highly motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and credibility working with C-Suite and Board level client contacts. You will be someone who has experience of designing and delivering bespoke leadership development solutions rooted within psychological evidence and research, advising clients on best practice and providing subject matter expertise.
