Interim HRD/Head of HR
As Interim HRD you will report to the Group HR Director and operate as a member of the Senior HR Leadership team - contributing to the overall development and implementation of the wider group HR strategy, partnering with the Directors and Senior Management teams across all central services functions and supported by CoE’s.
We are looking for an HR leader with a strong change toolkit, you could be operating as a Business Unit HRD/ Head of HR with experience of progressing a career within multi-site, fast paced and high growth commercial environments where ROI on change programs is evidenced. This will include exposure of working within an organisation with unionised activities and a diverse workforce, demonstrating an understanding for the associated complexity this can present. Experience of operating within a matrix setting is important, ideally this will also have been accompanied by time exposed to variable environments where continuous development and innovation, and an opportunity to fuse an assortment of methodology, skills and expertise is demonstrated.
Creating and executing a people strategy with impactful results will be proven; refining current practices and maturing organisational development and effectiveness to have achieved aspirational goals. Solid knowledge across the generalist agenda is paramount, together with a deep expertise across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence colleagues at all levels within the organisation, embracing their appetite and eagerness for future individual and organisational growth.
