HR Change and Project Manager (Human Resources)

Circa £40,000

Temporary – approximately 6 months

An exciting and important new HR interim role has arisen to support the people agenda in relation to a proposed amalgamation of two successful housing groups. The combined group will manage over 37,000 homes across three heartland areas and has ambitious plans to build thousands more homes, revitalising communities and providing housing solutions for years to come. To bring these ambitions to life, our client needs talent, drive and energy across a diverse workforce of 1500 colleagues.

This is an important role in which you will:

support the HR/OD leads in the two organisations

be responsible for planning, preparing for, managing and facilitating a number of projects to ensure that people change is led effectively, taking account of business objectives, local context and legal requirements

deliver change programmes taking place for both organisations

To be successful in this role you will:

be a self-starter with relevant recent experience of leading large scale complex change programmes, ideally via mergers or acquisitions

be confident preparing for and leading TUPE transfer processes including trade union liaison

Being in at the start of this significant project you will be collaborating with two highly professional teams and will have the opportunity to share and develop best practice approaches.
