Senior Organisational Development Advisor
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a suitable candidate to join our busy Transformation Service within Human Resources to assist with driving the performance of the organisation. You will be actively involved in developing the Council’s Corporate Strategy and Annual Plan. You will also play a key role in the development and implementation of organisation design and development and change management initiatives.
Having the determination and assertiveness to challenge the performance indicators and ways of working is a must together with the ability to apply knowledge and develop competencies relating to OD and change management principles. You must also be diplomatic, work collaboratively and manage your own work load.
