A commercially astute and ambitious not-for-profit organization that centres its people at the heart of it's success.


As a HR Business Partner reporting to the Head of HR, the role will involve dealing with a wide range of employee relations issues across the region. As a result of this you will be required to travel to regional offices to deal with issues as they arise.

Within this generalist Business Partnering role, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and the HR team to strategise and deliver upon key business initiatives. You will not only be able to manage "business as usual" activities but also be adept at influencing and contributing to Group projects.


The successful candidate for this HR Business Partner role must be confident and assertive, with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You should have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work. The position requires good time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be friendly and be a supportive team player. You will ideally have experience gained in a Partner led or similar professional services environment.

Candidates must have a strong commercial background and the relevant experience of influencing large scale change projects.

Job Offer

£45,000 to £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
