HR Advisor required for a growing drinks organisation in Speyside.

Your new company
A well known FMCG organisation with a number of different sites across the UK and a global brand. Your new role
This is a newly created role due to growth of across the organisation. You will manage the HR activities for a number of sites with a base at a large site in Speyside, you will be the sole HR Advisor onsite. You will be responsible for all HR related activities for the sites including talent management, reward, recruitment, learning and development and employee relations with support of the wider HR team. You will be supported by a wider HR team across Scotland.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will need a strong background in HR, you will need to be able to work autonomously and be a self starter. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to work across all areas of HR.

What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive salary of between £32,000 - £36,000 including a generous pension, holiday allowance, employee product allowance and private medical insurance. You will get to join a growing organisation and be part of a well known brand.
