A fantastic HR Advisor role has just become available for an experienced HR professional to join a great NHS trust located in Essex. The role is a generalist position reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner.
Some of your responsibilities in the role you will include:
- Working alongside line managers providing advice and support on employee relations issues including; absence, disciplinary and grievances.
- Involved in the whole recruitment cycle providing support and advice throughout.
- Assist managers in reducing sickness absence and to contribute to greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Supporting the Head of HR on the implementation of changes to organisational structures,
To be considered for this role you will need to have worked in an advisory role before, ideally worked in the NHS and be CIPD qualified.
