An exciting opportunity has become available within a locally based organisation for an experienced CIPD qualified HR Advisor.
This role requires solid generalist experience and being able to provide sound advice and guidance to managers to support with employee relations cases at all levels.
Other areas of responsibility include MI, coaching and mentoring, change management, operational process and compliance.
This is a locally based role but will incur regular travel to other offices.
You will have strong employee relations knowledge and an ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast paced environment.
