Senior HR Business Partner - £55-£60k + Car (or allowance), bonus and benefits
Based from High Wycombe this is an opportunity to join a busy and growing business as a strategically minded HR Business Partner. Covering a national remit you will work in partnership with the business supporting commercial staff at all levels and handling a wide range of HR issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities will include

* Working in partnership with busy and underpressure operational managers. Supporting them with a wide range of ER issues and processes. Coaching & advising them to improve capabilities across their teams.
* Dealing with TUPE and other Change Management projects.
* Working to develop and agree strategies with key stakeholders in order to make an impact on issues like Cost Efficiencies, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition.
* Helping create a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

As the lead HR professional for your business area you will be required to liaise closely with managers in order to understand their needs and support them fully from an HR perspective. Routinely based from High Wycombe (and ideally based close to that office) you will be travelling to sites across the country (London, Bristol, Birmingham) and will have a chance to work from home 1 day a week.

The successful candidate will have

* Plenty of experience working as a HR Business Partner capable of influencing and challenging stakeholders across a busy commercial business.
* A strong ER background dealing with complex issues rather than high volume/low level.

Salary: £55 - £60,000 + car (or allowance), 10% bonus and benefits.
