We are searching for a Recruitment Specialist to join the HR team which provides partnership and thought leadership to hiring communities across the organisation and manages the overall recruitment process to ensure hiring decisions are of maximum benefit to the company and its customers. A background in Professional Services and in particular Law/Legal would be highly desirable for this role - In particular recruiting Junior Lawyers.

As the Recruitment Consultant, you will work in support of the Recruitment Manager on building Talent pools and candidate pipelines for current and future role requirements. Utilising appropriate online and offline sourcing methods you will focus on candidate sourcing and manage the database of live applicants aligned to requirements within a specified business unit(s).

As the Internal Recruitment Consultant your main accountabilities will include;

Candidate Sourcing - Responsible for the sourcing of candidates including the sourcing, screening, pre-qualifying applicants and interviewing.
Identify, source and head hunt candidates through direct targeting, industry networking methods, job boards and social media sites.
Prepare and deliver all required feedback and correspondence to applicant/candidates.
Branding - Ensure external brand messages are consistent with Brand guidelines whilst identifying opportunities for development.
Social Media - Utilising social media sources to connect with active and passive candidates and present available opportunities.
Management of social media content across Linkedin, Glassdoor and Twitter building a rounded view of the organisation amongst candidate populations.
Database Management - Ensure that the candidate database is actively managed to provide an up to date, accurate and searchable repository of candidates available to Stakeholders.
Compliance - Monitors sourcing to ensure all documentation and system records are consistent and comply with all legal and ethical standards.

What we're looking for in you:

Experience of candidate sourcing in either in-house recruitment teams or within a legal recruitment agency environment
Excellent communication skills, comfortable with talking to candidates at all levels
Passionate about recruitment, cares about candidate experience, energetic and enthusiastic
Excellent Teamworking skills with ability to connect with colleagues across the team and globe
Understanding and successful track record of direct recruitment delivery
Previous experience of using candidate tracking systems
Experience in different candidate generation methodologies - Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting, Networking, etc
Innovation mindset with desire to continually improve
