We have just registered a fantastic opportunity with a well established business in the Abingdon area for an HR Assistant on a part tine basis. The successful candidate will join a small and welcoming team reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to further there HR experience and progress within their career.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing effective Human Resource Administrative support, including Recruitment, Training and inductions processes. You will report to the HR Manager acting as the first point of contact from both external customers and employees. You will provide assistance in the preparation of contracts, on boarding packs and offer documentation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to prioritise your workload, maintain a methodical approach and hold the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience of working within the HR function previously is desirable. Excellent Administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

What you'll get in return
