Senior In-House Recruiter
Circa 55K + 20% bonus + benefits

Our client is a profitable, growing and fast paced FinTech business looking for an experienced graduate calibre In-House Recruiter.

Reporting into the Chief People Office you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life-cycle, predominantly across Europe.

By partnering with the hiring teams you will provide end-to-end subject matter expertise, this role will support and consult on recruitment and talent acquisition matters across the business. The key deliverables of the role are implementing and delivering effective processes, with a focus on ensuring the right talent is being secured. This role will also be responsible for cost per hire and time per hire metrics, as well as ensuring a great candidate experience and effective recruitment process.

Essentials for this role include:

* Breadth of end to end recruitment experience across a range of business functions and seniority levels which could have been gained either inhouse, agency and / or in search.
* Demonstrable business partnering / consulting / advisory expertise with hiring managers
* Track record of influencing senior stakeholders
* Customer focused and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience
* Knowledge and experience of using applicant tracking software (ATS) and/or hiring portals and maintaining recruitment pipeline tools (e.g. Excel, Word);
* A collaborative team player with a "can do" attitude with ability to work alone on standalone projects
* Innovative mindset to problem solving
* Hunger to build out a world-class recruitment proposition and employer brand
* Commercial and metric driven mindset
* Impeccable candidate networking skills
