Human Resources Change Leader

The salary for this role is £51,283 per annum inclusive of London Allowance on grade 9.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources the successful applicant will lead on a range of HR activities and projects providing additional capacity to help the department in managing a range of high level projects. The post holder may assist with current projects and will be expected to lead on new areas of work.  

The successful applicant should demonstrate experience of successfully working at a strategic level to facilitate delivery of a high quality, customer focused HR service in a large organisation.  Significant experience of proactively leading on the design, production and implementation of new HR initiatives and projects  is required together with  experience of  producing  supporting documentation including reports, action plans, policies, work instructions and management information.

Applicants for this post will need a first degree together with a level 7 CIPD qualification.  A formal project management qualification would be desirable.
