* Line manage two or more Learning and Development managers

* Design and deliver training sessions to enhance the skills of our people

* Contribute to the development and implementation of the Learning and Development strategy

* Work with course designers to facilitate train the trainer sessions for new programmes

* Work with existing Senior L&D Manager and the L&D Practice Manager on course scheduling

* Provide monthly updates to the Leadership Team on international office L&D activities

* Manage the L&D course evaluation process providing analysis in the form of monthly reports on outcomes to the Leadership Team

* Ensure that all courses have the appropriate courseware

* Assist in the management and delivery of International Academy 5 and International Academy for Seniors

* Undertake learning and development initiatives to support the implementation of the firm's Strategy

* Undertake needs analysis, produce project plans, conduct associated research and deliver on improvement projects for teams/departments

* Track team performance against targets

* Providing coaching to associates and business services staff

* Participate fully in the activities of the Learning and Development team and the wider HR team and work closely with other business services teams (including across International offices) as require

* Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested
