Currently working with a Global company in Middlesex who are searching for a Business Partner specialising in Talent Development to join them for 12 months to cover a period of maternity. The contract will ideally start ASAP and will pay up to £65,000 depending on your background.

The role of International Talent Development Business Partner is responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders and determining functional, technical, and leadership needs across all Sales and Support functions. You will define and drive an overall strategy based on the stakeholder's needs and business goals, manage relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted training advisor across functional, technical, and leadership needs. You will also influence the alignment of the Global approach of talent development with the needs of the International business and regionally specific requirements.

Duties include;

* Provide a pro-active and responsive 'single point of contact' Business Partner interface in the International business to discuss training requirements and provide updates across sales, technical, leadership, management and core skills
* Act as a check and balance as well as intelligence gatherer of information that supports the global TD team in delivering against demand
* Manage budget(s) for business units' training
* Build excellent close working relationships with the leaders and internal customers; influence stakeholders and have bias for action that is aligned with business strategy
* Program manage the delivery of global impacting initiatives - tailoring where appropriate to meet local demand and needs
* Act as coach & confidant
* Manage business unit demand for Talent Development service to ensure the most effective and scalable use of training investment that supports a high growth environment
* Provide relevant talent development data reporting to business leaders
* Coordinate Talent Development strategy between business units and represent this globally
* Contribute to the development of both local and global Talent Development process and tools
* Contribute to the wider Global Talent Development agenda
* Increase the profile, awareness and perceived value of Talent Development across the organisation
* Contribute as a leader within both the business segment, the Talent Development team and the wider business - challenge thinking/ways of working and make a valuable contribution to overall business objectives
* Role model & mentor - be an embodiment of our values & behaviours

The successful candidate for the role will be commercial and relationship-driven Talent leader, with experience of working within an HR Business Partner model within a global organisation. You will have a consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills up to and including VP level, strong Programme management capability, will be an excellent communicator that understands the need and requirement for differing levels and types of communication across multiple stakeholder levels and should understand and build capability of knowledge of core competence areas of talent development especially technical specialisms required to grow the business. Communication and relationships are key to this role as well as having a proven ability to translate commercial priorities into People priorities & develop a plan to execute making investment decisions. You will also need to understand budgets, metrics, data and reporting specifically relating to ROI from learning and will have strong negotiation skills, willingness and motivation to learn as well as understanding the need for urgency and execution within an agile environment.
