Currently working with a Global company in Middlesex who are searching for a L&D Program Manager to join them for 12 months to cover a period of maternity. The contract will ideally start ASAP and will pay up to £450 per day depending on your background.

The role of L&D Program Manager is responsible for the development, adoption and management of learning and development programs for the International business and is a part of the Global Talent Development function. The role is focused on business onboarding of sales and support, through to the one to one delivery of development tool feedback, including the facilitation of team effectiveness interventions. In addition, the role will have responsibility for driving the Marketing and Communications strategy for Talent Development.

Duties include;

* Working closely the HR and Talent Development Business Partner's, identifying the business skills needed by the company to perform their jobs effectively from their start date.
* Develops, sustains, optimises and program manages the business/role specific onboarding for all employees. This will include processes, stakeholder engagement and liaison with HR Operations on systems and process integration.
* Drives and influences the sales and support onboarding programs and experience to ensure time to competence is minimized and meets with all auditable requirements as a minimum
* Facilitates team effectiveness interventions at manager plus level
* Collaborates with HR Business Partners team on delivery of one to one development feedback through use of standardized toolsets (Strengths, MBTi and 360 expert)
* Facilitates strengths based training at a manager plus level
* Owns & drives the Marcomms strategy for International, collaborating and influencing with the International TD team and Internal Comms, whilst also contributing and helping shape the global talent development Marcomms strategy
* Builds and maintains relationships on a global basis with US peers to ensure adoption of global approaches to talent development with minimal cultural impact
* Additionally, identifying and applying training to facilitate the smooth transition of an employee to a new role (whether new to the organisation or transfer to a new role).
* Builds strong relationships with TD + HRBP's to be able to inform and advise on best approaches to developing strengths based interventions

The successful candidate will be a hands on L&D professional who is MBTi qualified, has a working knowledge of and /or experience of delivering 5 Dysfunctions of a Team and has demonstrated experience in creating and implementing management training at a functional and regional level. You will understands how to drive for programmatic approach and sell the benefits of this approach as well as demonstrated experience in team effectiveness design, facilitation and coaching. A strong practical understanding of onboarding and ways to reduce time to competence is key as well as experience with delivering or facilitating remotely and experience in designing and managing projects to time and budget. Lastly you will be have strong collaborator, communication and stakeholder management experience and working knowledge of using multiple delivery methods to drive cost effectiveness without impacting learner experience.
