ER Advisor, 6 Month FTC, Horsham

Your new company
Our charity is looking to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor for a 6 month FTC to work with the ER Manager to implement the HR strategy, specifically in relation to employee relations and performance management.

Your new role
you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to line managers at the outset of all ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance management, health and sickness absence management cases, complex cases of unsatisfactory probation and dismissal for some other substantial reason, to identify all relevant issues and establish the appropriate course of action and provide all relevant guidance notes and template documents. You will also be responsible for the provision of advice to senior managers on the suspension of employees in the event of allegations of gross misconduct; ensuring appropriate risk assessments are carried out and recorded.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to be CIPD qualified with proven advisory experience including managing employee relations issues(disciplinary, grievance, capability etc)

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus 11% pension, free health care with cash benefits, employee assistant care, free parking onsite, flexible working, 25 days holiday and a salary increase every 6 months.
