Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a role in a successful growing company, working 37 hours a week in Torquay?

TDA provides property and economic development services across the South West, to support our growth we are seeking an HR Business Partner who can balance daily operational issues and strategic activity ensuring our ambitions are supported by effective policies and plans.

The role is open to Human Resource CIPD Level 7 qualified candidates with experience of working at a strategic level, who has sound knowledge of the TUPE process and is able to lead on TDA policies as well as pay and reward strategies, including job evaluation.

This role will provide you with an opportunity to influence business performance by working with the Senior Management team to implement HR initiatives and help improve employee productivity, retention and turnover.  Additionally you may be required to undertake ad-hoc projects from time to time.
