Interim HR manager job in South West London paying £25-£33p/h

Your new company
You will be working for a leading environmental charity located in South West London. This organisation is currently undergoing a lot of change therefore you must be an adaptable individual who is happy to work within a changing and ambiguous environment.

Your new role
As interim HR manager you will be reporting into the Head of people whilst line managing 3 members of staff (HR Advisor, HR Officer & Recruitment Specialist). You will be expected to lead and manage the development of a first class HR Service. This includes responsibility for the development of all HR systems, policies, payroll, and changes to pensions communications and organisational change and restructures. You will be proactively business partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to support people management and to identify business needs. Additionally, you will be working very closely with the Head of People to develop and implement an annual plan for HR which corresponds with the organisational strategy. Interviews will take place week commecing 2nd July 2018 and you will be expected to start that week too.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified with a track record in delivering effective transnational support within HR. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of employment law and you will have previous experience managing high volume ER cases including performance management and grievances. As a strong generalist, you will demonstrate understanding and experience of supervising all operational HR activities including HR Systems, payroll, HR policies & procedures, recruitment and contract management. As an individual you will be proactive with excellent communication skills and you will demonstrate a flexible approach and adapt styles to suit various situations and people. Experience gained in a previous charity or Not for Profit organisation is highly desirable but not essential so please apply if you are a strong HR generalist who can demonstrate working knowledge of the above requirement.
