L&D Manager (Head of L&D)

Reporting directly to the Head of HR Operations as L&D Manager you will lead the L&D agenda and strategy across the business, managing a team of three L&D Advisors and 2 L&D Assistants. The role will work in close collaboration with the other managers in the HR Operations team, the HR Business Partners, the Talent Partner and key business stakeholders to ensure that approach and delivery are coherent and aligned with the people and business strategies.
We are seeking an individual who has the ability to operate both tactically and strategically and it’s essential for this role that you are an experienced leader of people who has honed your skills within a professional services learning and development environment. This is a broad role and will see the delivery of the learning and development strategy including the operational plan, for all business areas - working closely with the Talent Partner and Resourcing to ensure “Purpose and Cultural Principles” are reflected across all learning and development activities. Engaging with the HRD you will ensure leadership development, management development, career pathways and routes to entry are effective and robust.
It goes without saying that you will have high levels of credibility and the ability to build influential relationships with stakeholders both internal and external and have the demonstrable experience of developing strong networks to ensure any technical skills programmes are tailored to the needs of the business.

Salary Details: Up to £70,000 plus 5% bonus (no car allowance)
