At A Glance

This newly created role assumes the lead in centralising all L&D activity currently managed by the business into the Talent Centre of Excellence. Strategically focused the role will build the business case for rationalising a centralised model with structured induction and development for different academy workstreams. The post holder will work hand in hand with business subject matter experts to design and develop academies for each functional business that are able to hire and induct in a cohort approach.

Reporting to Talent Acquisition and Development the role will be based in our beautiful offices in London or Palma, Spain. We are looking for an L & D Professional to join the business on a permanent basis.



Key Responsibilities

* Build the business case for centralising L&D into the Talent CoE using academy as a methodology for structuring induction and ongoing devt
* Provide end to end academy design and development including RFP and investment committee approval
* Manage the global launch of academies for commecial, technology, finance and global operations business areas
* Work hand in hand with business subject matter experts for content design and development



Candidate Profile

This role requires a highly motivated self-starter with an excellent work ethic. You will be truly passionate with an aptitude for talent in the design and delivery of learning materials. The ability to effectively facilitate learning sessions with an innovative and time managed style is imperative. The individual needs to be creative and commercial and have excellent stakeholder management. Working knowledge of the travel industry is desiriable but not essential
