Your new company
You will be working as an Apprenticeship Project Advisor, for a well known Local Government organisation, who work across London and are one of the most recognised employers in London. This role is an interim role until the end of December and will pay £250-280 per day.

Your new role
You will support the design, development, launch and delivery of new internal apprenticeship opportunities across the business. The initial focus will be to ensure the leadership and management scheme launches in September, so that apprentices can be enrolled in January 2019.
You will develop and manage the project plan, ensuring stakeholders are following the agreed process map and support the launch of the programmes from creating the application process to assessment to enrolment, work with Managers and HR, to ensure the right employees are enrolled onto the correct programmes and understand what the programmes involve, support with the design of the schemes, defining entry requirements and the target audience and work with the training provider to agree the assessment process and ensure that the apprenticeship standards are translated into user friendly information. You will also create and develop guidance and information for apprentices and managers for the application process and apprenticeship journey.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates are required to have experience of working with apprenticeships and having an understanding apprenticeship reforms, governance, standards and funding, experience of working on a leadership and management scheme and have experience of apprenticeship design and development within a large organisation. Project management and delivery of HR processes particularly development, assessment and selection are desired.

What you'll get in return
You will work on a daily rate until the end of December and will be paid on a weekly basis. This is a high profile role in the organisation and you will gain exposure to working with senior stakeholders.
