The ideal candidate will have a passion and enthusiasm for helping people develop, a curious mind, an ambition to deliver and a strong appetite for supporting change and developing themselves. You will not need sector experience to be successful.
We are looking for someone who understands the theory behind Learning and Development but ultimately has a pragmatic approach to learning with high level facilitation skills. Experience of blended and technological learning is desirable.
Your role will be to design, develop, deliver and evaluate effective learning solutions that support Radian’s corporate and strategic objectives.
