HR Administration Officer - Cardiff

Your new company:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation in the heart of Cardiff City Centre as a HR Administration Officer. Due to a high profile project there has been an increase in the volume of work for the HR team which has created this great opportunity to join this fun, hard working team.

Your new role:
The HR Admin Officer will provide full support to the HR Team, in successfully completing an ongoing Project within set timescales. This project is extremely important and your role is pivotal in protecting the business and it's employees. You'll be working on employee files and ensuring data integrity in-line with GDPR regulations.

What you'll need to succeed:
You'll be an experienced HR candidate, able to provide and maintain high quality day to day support to the HR function. You will be responsible for prioritising workloads and maintaining deadlines whilst up upholding the highest level of confidentiality and demonstrate core company values. Previous experience required in generalist HR administration.

What you'll get in return:
A competitive salary of £23k plus benefits. The duration of the role is yet to be decided but we anticipate at least 3 months.
