Resourcing & Talent Lead

Exciting and challenging recruitment and resourcing role for a highly regarded professional services business.

This is a newly created role reporting to the Head of HR and taking responsibility for the design and implementation of the business resourcing and talent strategy.
The business is highly respected with ambitious growth plans and a clear identity in their chosen markets.

This is a integral role working as part of the supportive HR team and with the full support of the partnership.

You will lead on the both the strategic and operational elements of the role -

- Ensuring effective communication of the people proposition

- Designing a complete strategy for current and future hiring needs

- Ensuring candidate experiences and processes are innovative and positive

- Identifying internal talent strategies

The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge and experience of strategic resourcing and talent management initiatives. You will be a confident relationship builder with the necessary credibility to influence, negotiate and inspire.

You will have strong organisation skills and be comfortable dealing with selection tools and HR systems. You will have strong writing skills, putting together marketing, social media content and other related material.

Ideally you will have experience of a working with the professional services market or perhaps in a services/partnership environment. However we are interested in hearing for other in-house recruiters from other sectors should you have the necessary credibility and experience working with key stakeholders.
