Hudson have partnered with one of UK's leading financial service businesses in search of an Employee Relations specialist to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in the early stage of set up. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing high volume case work and high risk, excellent experience of stakeholder management and an adaptable approach.

* Support the implementation of People policies, embedding through developing understanding and proactive management of people issues.
* Deliver Subject Matter Expertise for the HR function on all people related policies
* Undertake annual review of all HR policies to ensure they are current and support our EVP.
* Deliver a case management service for people managers, provide ER expertise and guidance, coaching and supporting them to effectively manage ER cases and build capability.
* Pro-active management of the ER case tracker to ensure prompt intervention to resolve ER cases in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop and maintain People Manager toolkits for line managers to drive more effective business capability to manage cases consistently across the Group.
* Build effective relationships with business managers to provide insight and identify opportunities to improve support and build capability.
* Understand the HR / people-related risk accountability for the People Team and work within the Group Risk Framework and risk appetite to ensure these are met.
