Our client, a multi-site, diverse business, is looking to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead the talent acquisition strategy for volume resourcing, during a period of transformation and growth. The role is broad and will encompass both sourcing and assessment of talent, leading a team of specialists, supporting the media and attraction strategyand leading resourcing projects across the European business, to enable this well known brand to be even better.
This is a senior Talent Acquisition role, where you will take a lead role in the development and implementation of an innovative talent attraction strategy and talent pipeline activity to support business objectives and targets as well as delivering on key change projects involving the delivery and centralisation of volume recruitment. You will also be responsible for managing a team of resourcing specialists, requiring strong leadership and management skills, as well as the strategic insight to deliver a progressive talent acquisition approach from direct sourcing of candidates to the procurement and management of third party suppliers, budget responsibility and external engagementof talent. You will also be responsible for working in partnership with the business to select the best talent both in terms of cultural fit and experience, which is able to support a changing organisation. This is a delivery-focused role, which allows strategic input and the requirement to deliver operational efficiencies and evolve resourcing best practice, to enhance and drive forward a high performing culture.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally be an experienced Volume Resourcing expert with the ability and mindset to operate across multiple geographies, within culturally diverse, fast paced businesses, at both an operational and strategic level, enabling continuous improvement. Commercially astute with experience of change management, you will have built a reputation for delivering results, supported by the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage internal Stakeholders. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
