Delighted to be representing our client with this exciting HR Analyst position to start asap.

The role will support the design and development of a standard reporting, utilising and improving the reporting functionality for the organisation across their various HR systems. Using this efficient reporting capability, you will provide all reporting requests for Senior HR stakeholders.

You will be:

* Responsible for the production and delivery of accurate HR reporting to key stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to data protection legislation at all times.
* To be a 'go to' team member for analytics requests, with the goal of turning data into actionable information.
* Responsible for maintaining organisational changes in the HR system and performing HR administrative work as required.

You will also produce reliable and comprehensive tailored metrics reports and strong analytics for each line of business to an agreed timetable, areas that could be covered (not exhaustive):

Absence rates and long term absence data
Cost of sickness
Reasons for leaving
New starter details
Staff mobility and movements
Out of Cycle pay
Payroll reporting
Equality monitoring and profiling
Professional qualifications and memberships

Any other metrics as requested

Provide trend analysis to meet business needs and planning.
Produce the monthly MI pack for HRLT and Execs of the organisation, including commentary and the individual dashboards.
Produce employment cost data to aid management decision making.
Audit employee data on an ongoing basis to ensure continued accurateness.
Assist with projects and offering advice and guidance.
Producing self-service reports for HR/Reward colleagues.
Produce metrics on the administrative activities and service levels undertaken by the HR team.
Undertake ad hoc analysis of people-related data from multiple sources.
Provide insight/recommendations based on analysis undertaken.
Provide data extracts and manipulate/cleanse as necessary, for us in other systems or for analysis requirements.

Forward thinking on ways to drive efficiencies across the MI suite of reporting and regular tasks.

Using Excel and other technical skills, provide assistance and solutions to the HR team e.g. by ways of automating data validation, calculation of redundancies, and other processes, etc.

The Successful Applicant
Advanced Excel and Word (including reports/macros/graphs).
- Advanced Formulas
- Pivot Tables and Pivot Reporting;
- Conditional Formatting; and
- Charts.

Extracting, manipulating and analysing large volumes of data (from one or more sources).
Data Analysis and Management, including the ability to summarise key outputs from data analysis, highlighting trends or issues.
Report writing, including design, preparation and presentation of reports.
Building dashboards.
Attention to detail (essential).
Ability to provide consultancy/offer solutions to data requirements and process "challenges".
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills.
