HR Assistant based near to Southend £23 - £25K Great development opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to join a well-established team based near to Southend.

Your new role
Due to expansion in the business and the need for extra support to the Senior HR team the need for a HR Assistant has arisen.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career as there is the opportunity to progress into an Advisor level within this organisation.
You will have previous experience in a generalist HR Assistant position and have completed the Level 3 CIPD certificate. You will be hardworking, have superb attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload. You will also need to have exceptional planning and organisation skills This is a busy role that requires providing support to managers over multi sites, you will work closely with the HR Advisor to provide and efficient service to the business. As well as the Administrative side of the role you will have the opportunity to develop your technical HR knowledge and skills. This role with suit an individual that is keen to learn

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed the level 3 CIPD certificate and have previous experience as HR Assistant in a generalist role
