HR Project Manager | Southampton | FTC until July 2019
A strong HR generalist with extensive project management and change management experience is sought to join this business on a fixed term contract basis until the end of July 2019.
Based in Southampton, this role will work alongside the team of HR Business Partners to lead on the projects that will transform the way the HR function interfaces with and supports the business moving forwards.
Key Projects Include:
- Developing a change management toolkit to assist with restructure and redundancy programmes
- Developing a case management toolkit to assist the ER team and HR Business Partners with the management of absence, performance and ER issues
- Developing systems to enable the recording of statistics around case management
- Supporting the evolution of the ER framework to including staff councils and employee representatives in the future
