Your new company
We are looking to recruit for an L & D Specialist with in-house accreditation experience to join a well know public services organisation based in Manchester city centre who has a staff base of approximately 500 employees.

Your new role
The business is making a number of changes and has decided to introduce a new in-house accreditation to some of their workers within the organisation. You will be responsible for the management and implementation of a new internal accreditation framework and process that you will work with seniors managers to decide on. You will be accountable for ensuring that the accreditation framework and process is fit for purpose and the development of the accreditation policy and procedures is completed in a timely manner in line with the framework. You will be expected to proactively manage the senior caseworker's relationship with the accreditation framework and process, providing support and guidance at all levels, taking ownership of and responsibility for accreditation work from inception to completion to ensure expectations are managed and excellent customer service is provided.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have significant experience in a specialist L & D role and be able to demonstrate your experience in designing & delivering in-house accreditation.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with a strong public sector background.
You must have good experience in delivering presentations on accreditation activities and representation of the accreditation framework and process in relevant forums and committees.
Educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant professional experience.
