Your new role
You will be required to come in and be the Employee Relations specialist with a particular focus on Redundancy. your duties will include:

* Managing the redundancy process from start to finish.
* Dealing with all of the redundancy consultations.
* Generalist ER casework
* Dealing with restructures.
* Conducting consultation to sites nationwide.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need to have experience dealing with the entire redundancy process.
* Experience dealing with the entire consultation process
* Experience with restructures.
* Experience with high volume redundancies would be beneficial.
* Generalist ER knowledge
* You will need to be immediately available.

This role is offered until at least the end of September and may continue after that. The role is offering a generous salary of £30,000.
