The L & D Manager will have overall responsibility for the development and management of the L & D function.

* Lead the L & D function
* Plan the annual training budgets
* Manage the training programs and ensure they are always fit for purpose
* Train the Coaches
* Training needs analysis and measure the return on investment
* Identify core competencies and develop career frameworks
* Work closely on projects such as employee engagement, performance management and developing high potentials

You'll be encouraging high performance and ensuing the business and employees have all the great tools to develop and grow both personally and professionally.

Your experience will cover:

* Technical, Soft skills, Leadership and Creative skills development
* Working in fast paced, high growth creative sectors
* Coaching
* A range of learning platforms - web-based, virtual learning with innovative approaches and use of technology
