I am delighted to be working exclusively with my client to source a career focused and hardworking HR Administrator to join a fast paced global organisation with an ambitious growth strategy.

This is a newly established role to support the HR Manager and HR Advisor providing support to approx. 250 employees across Europe. The role offers an exciting opportunity to help set up streamlined HR practices and deliver a top quality service to an innovative and modern international organisation which also offers development opportunities. The role is full time and permanent with a salary of 19-22k (based on experience) and is based on the outskirts of Warrington.

Role outline
*Processing new starter packs and contracts of employment
*Co-coordinating inductions
*Updating and coordinating HR files/data
*Producing HR reports
*Drafting HR letters
*Managing the HR Mailbox
*Maintaining accurate HR data within the HR database

The perfect candidate will ideally:
*Have previous experience of working in a HR role
*Possess excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
*Have experience of working in a busy environment, demonstrating the ability to effectively prioritise to meet deadlines
*Possess strong communication skills verbal and written
*Have Experience in data entry and basic reporting
*Be a Self-starter with the ability to work well within a team to achieve business goals
*Be a strong willed candidate who is able to progress difficult matters with a sense of urgency
*Possess the ability to be strictly confidential at all times and adhere to GDPR guidelines
*Be working towards or completed CIPD L3 or equivalent
