Are you a qualified and experienced HR professional interested in working in a beautiful part of tropical South East Asia?

We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced HR professional to be responsible for managing all core HR services within the CfBT office in Brunei Darussalam.

As part of Education Development Trust, CfBT Brunei has a long history of working with the Government of Brunei to raise educational achievement, and currently has over 260 international teachers and coaches working in government schools to support the government’s education reform agenda. As the Head of HR you will be a member of Education Development Trust’s Global HR team and management team in Brunei. You will drive forward the HR agenda and lead on the implementation of strategic corporate HR projects and policies within CfBT Brunei to support long-term growth and transformation

You will lead and support the development and implementation of HR and Talent initiatives and policies across CfBT Brunei, taking a leading role in organisational change programmes and ensuring that the change is embedded within the business.

You will be an HR professional with an accredited Personnel Management qualification (e.g. CIPD or equivalent) with experience of HR practice in an international context. You will also have experience of leading organisational change as an HR specialist and providing expert HR advice and coaching to senior colleagues.

We are offering a competitive TAX FREE salary of B$6,000 a month (approx £3,300 a month) with a contract completion bonus of one sixth of salary together with expatriate benefits (housing, flights, support for dependant schooling etc)
