Your new role
This is an advanced HR administration role with responsibility for managing employee information for a department of over 400 staff. You'll be involved in generating reports, updating employee data, interpreting the information and working on analysis with the business partnering team. Data that you'll be working with will include, recruitment & retention, sickness & absence, talent planning, payroll information etc so confidentiality and an understanding of this information is important. You'll also be involved in the recruitment process, helping to organise and coordinate recruitment alongside the recruitment team.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experience HR administrator, officer, advisor or analyst with good experience in working with and providing reports to managers on employee information. You'll have close attention to detail and will have strong capability in using a variety of databases and software (including Excel etc).
