Role purpose:

To ensure established Reward policies and processes are efficient, effective and fit for purpose, to support delivery of the Reward Strategy.

To provide expert Reward knowledge and support to the Area Reward Specialists and the Global HR community to meet specific business objectives using procedures, experience and knowledge appropriate in handling complex/demanding situations.



Key Responsibilities:

Project manage/co-ordinate the delivery of established Reward policies and processes (e.g.: annual salary review, annual bonus plans, salary survey submissions job evaluations etc). Recommend and implement improvements to the effectiveness and efficiency of established Group Reward policies and processes

Ensure processes, procedures and administration systems are robust, user-friendly and complete for all established Group Reward policies and frameworks.

Support the Group Head of Reward with the Annual Gender Pay Gap analysis and reporting.

Assist with the development and roll-out of Group Reward projects and initiatives globally.

Ensure that Connect (Sharepoint), Group Management System and any other sites that contain Group Reward policies, frameworks, processes and procedures are complete, up-to-date and user-friendly for colleagues, managers and the HR community.

Build strong working relationships with Area Reward Advisers, the global HR community and the wider business. Ensure colleagues are supported and coached to manage/use Group Reward policies and processes.

Act as Reward subject matter expert for Area Reward Advisers, the global HR community and the wider business, to deal with complex queries relating to Group Reward policies and processes.

Provide management information and data/trend analysis on request with regard to the quality and current status of Group Reward frameworks, policies and initiatives.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

* Advanced excel skills
* In depth knowledge of a range of HRIS systems - experience with SuccessFactors would be ideal
* Experience of gathering and analysing large amounts of data
* Process review and implementation
