Employee Relations Consultant for a well known Financial Services organisation in Edinburgh.

Your new company
A well known Financial Services organisation are seeking an Employee Relations & Policy Consultant for a 12 month fixed term contract. A great job to work in a fast paced organisation.

Your new role
As Employee Relations & Policy Consultant you will initially be responsible for case management and longer term will look at policies for HR. Due to an increase in volume, this role has been created to assist with the case management across the organisation. You will be responsible for working with managers on cases providing guidance and expertise initially as well as upskilling managers to coach them through cases to promote future handling.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will have a strong background in HR with specific experience in case management, employee relations and ideally writing and amending policies. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive salary of between £38-48K depending on experience + benefits including bonus and excellent annual leave and pension scheme.
