This is an exciting time to join Brunel University London as following significant investment in our HR Directorate we are now seeking to recruit two exceptional HR Business Partners to provide integrated strategic and operational business partnering services to either our professional services or academic colleges and institutes. 

These pivotal roles will foster a culture of trusted partnership with their client areas, embedding effective people management practices and delivering people initiatives that support the University’s values and strategic aims.  The HR Business Partners provide expertise covering a range of employment matters including transformational and organisational change, employee engagement, workforce planning and the management of employee relations casework.

Successful candidates will ideally be chartered members of the CIPD and have strong experience of providing effective business partnering services within a large, complex and regulated environment.  A proven track record of providing solutions based advice and support to senior managers with the ability to inform and influence at all levels is essential as is the ability to build effective working relationships and to empathetically coach others.
