Global business recruiting for a Reward Analyst

We are currently working with a Global business,helping them to recruit for an exciting and influential role within the business. Details and key responsibilities are listed below.

* Work with the Head of ER & Reward and the Payroll & Benefits managers to design and deliver effective reward processes that are fit for purpose covering all aspects of compensation & benefits.
* Act as an advisor to the HR team and leadership, assisting in driving forward the reward agenda including pay philosophy, grading and benefits
* Designing and communicating a pay policy to HR stakeholders and leadership
* Establishing a common job description format and central repository for all HR teams
* Take the lead on the design and delivery of the bonus scheme. Administer current scheme and put together proposals for the future evolution of the scheme in line with stakeholder feedback, business needs and market trends
* Work closely with the Head of ER & Reward to manage the annual pay review process including scenario modelling, union negotiations and end to end delivery
* Prepare Remuneration Committee Papers and proposals related to pay / benefit changes including research and benchmarking as required
* Design effective employee communications around reward and benefits e.g. to promote the total value package available to them
* Create a benefits matrix to identify different benefits for different employee groups (and establish clear business / market rationale). Provide market data, logic for and monitor the application of location specific special allowances e.g. Geographical allowances, Travel Allowances etc
* Ensure HR systems are maintained and developed to enable accurate reporting and analytics. Provide reports and relevant data as required
* Manage all benefits and schemes liaising with 3rd party providers including the flexible benefits provider, pension, life assurance and income protection. Organise the annual benefit election window
* Oversee equal pay audits and annual Gender Pay reporting
* Establish and communicate a reward calendar to HR teams ensuring key activities take place effectively
* Manage the reward side of TUPE transfers - identifying differences between transferred in employee benefits and existing offering. Tracking and monitoring benefits for this group over time, supporting harmonisation as appropriate
