ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - HR BUSINESS PARTNERING (PROFESSIONAL SERVICES)

Ref: 12502

Salary: £54,298 - £59,116 per annum inclusive of London Weighting

Following significant investment in the HR Directorate, a new and exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Director of HR Business Partnering to join us and lead on business partnering for our professional services directorates.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR and working closely with the Associate Director of HR Business Partnering (Academic), the post holder will be an advocate for strategic HR and steer the delivery of proactive business partnering services that support and influence leaders to embed effective people management practices and people initiatives that build an engaged and high performing workforce.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working in a senior HRBP role in a large, complex and regulated environment alongside a high level of strategic awareness borne out of working with leaders, discussing business priorities and challenges and translating these into effective HR strategies and interventions. Effective management of HR staff and a proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels is also essential.

We have great people at Brunel, and it’s already an excellent place to work, but we have ambitious plans for the years ahead as we continue to influence the people agenda.  If you are excited by our vision and support this level of ambition, we would be delighted to hear from you.

For an informal discussion about the role please contact Gemma Bailey, Deputy Director of Human Resources on 01895 267474.
