Your new company
Hays HR are currently working with a large manufacturing business in Rotherham who are currently looking for a HR Administrator to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, your new role will be to provide full administrative support to the business by taking responsibility for all documents involved in the employee life cycle such as preparing contracts, offer letters, reference checks, exit interviews, preparing disciplinary related documents and briefings. You will also maintain the HR system and be compliant with UK laws and regulations, assisting and leading on ad-hoc HR projects and other demands of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have demonstrable recent all round HR administration experience and have your level 3 CIPD qualification.

What you'll get in return
£18000 - £22000 dependant on your experience, with opportunity to develop and progress your career as a HR Advisor in the long term.
