This healthcare organisation has been listed "Times Top 25" company to work for six times.

Your new role
As the recruiter for the North division you will be home based, with frequent meetings in Leicester and a weekly visit the London head office.
The role is full end to end recruitment and the individual is a central point of contact between candidates and the management team and is integral to supporting the recruitment needs of the business.
You will have a strong internal recruitment background and will have a strong understanding of niche nursing roles.
You will be measured on key performance indicators such as; time to hire, cost to hire, direct hires etc.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong in house recruitment background
REC or CIPD or at least 3 years in house experience
Experience recruiting into the health care sector
