Human Resources Manager
The Courtauld Institute of Art is the UK’s leading institution for teaching and research into the History of Art and the conservation of paintings and is also home to one of the finest small art museums in the world.
This an exciting time to join a new HR team at the Courtauld Institute of Art. The HR Manager will assist with the transformation of the HR department through reviewing and improving all aspects of HR delivery. The HR Manager will take a lead role in coaching managers to resolve employee relations and performance issues. This also includes reviewing the organisation and departmental structure and assisting managers in implementing change. Other key HR priorities include reviewing HR policy, procedure and contractual documentation and HR technology solutions.
