Morgan Law is working with a leading charity in London to recruit an interim HR Advisor. This role is expected to last initially for 12 months.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex ER casework
- Supporting on TUPE and restructures
- Updating policies and procedures
- To support the HR Manager to deliver and implement the people strategy
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of leading on ER casework
- CIPD qualified
- Good communication skills
