My client is an innovative consultancy, specialising in launching new law firms into the marketplace, who are seeking a HR Admin/Assistant to join their expanding team.
The HR Assistant will work alongside a HR team of 6, working with clients to support them through their growth and establishment. This is a newly created role so there is a lot of scope to get involved as the team and business are growing.
Key duties will include:
- Assisting with generalist support across the entire employee lifecycle
- Recruitment coordination
- Maintaining systems and databases
- Supporting on projects alongside the recruitment and generalist team.
- Taking an active involvement in team meeting as required.
The HR Assistant role will suit a self-motivated graduate ready to start or expand a career in HR. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with an approachable and confident manner when dealing with people at all levels. An ability to prioritise your workload and work under pressure will also be required for the success of this role. Previous experience working in a legal firm or in professional services environment is desirable, though not mandatory.
